The holes in the bookshelf are not aligned correctly, what should I do?
All pre-drilled holes are aligned correctly, if you find the holes are misaligned, check to see if the backplate is installed backwards (The side with exposed screws should face backwards). If you have any questions, we are here to help you.

Installing the anti-tip device requires drilling holes in the wall. I don't want to drill holes. Is there any other way?
Place heavy books on the lower shelf and lighter ones on top to create a top-light, bottom-heavy structure. Not easy to tip over, saving you the trouble of drilling holes in the wall. But if you have kid or pets, it is safer to use an device.
